Students and staff are divided into Discipleship Groups that meet in the homes of the staff. Here, staff will facilitate peer to peer prayer, conflict resolution, support and conversation. The goal of this time is to continue the narrative of becoming more like Christ together.
Students meet regularly with their discipler and one or two other students of the same gender in what's called a Discipleship Triangle. We believe this to be the most important part of your discipleship process. This is a safe place for radical character change and heart transformation to happen.
Off The Wall is not here to replace the local church. Rather, we are here to encourage young adults to participate in it, stepping up in their levels of involvement. Each student at OTW is assigned a ministry role to serve in the church, from working the coffee bar to children's ministry and anything in between. Students are also encouraged to form connections with other families in the church outside of the OTW community.
Ohio students attend The Branch Church's two locations. Local students are encouraged to remain in their home churches.
