Each student will receive scheduled Bible classes, small group activities, intimate devotional time, and personal discipleship from the staff and local church. Our goal is that students will fall more in love with Jesus and learn to walk in their identity and calling.
We have a two year cycle of Bible classes. Our modular classes include teaching and training on topics that include; apologetics, systematic theology, identity, church, missions, spiritual disciplines & gifts, books of the Bible, Christian literature, and more.
Our students are encouraged to pursue their ministry passions and take initiative. We have relationships with a number of churches and ministries in the area that our students have taken advantage of. Some practical ministry opportunities for our students include; children, youth, worship, homeless, service, missions, inner city, and more.
While living in community and walking life with people our character is constantly being refined and conformed to the image of Christ. Life at OTW can be intense because our character is constantly being changed by the Word of God. Ultimately God wants a heart transformation and living life with one another reveals many of our heart issues.
