COMMUNITY DRIVEN

REFLECTING GOD'S HEART

We believe God's heart is for community. We want to bear each other's burdens and encourage each other toward Christ, just as He commands in Scripture. Unity in the body of Christ is essential for healing and growth.

A PLACE TO BELONG

At OTW, you're part of our family, no matter your past. We won't lie though, authentic community is a difficult process. Our goal is to come alongside you to lead you in grace while pushing you toward godliness so that you may do the same for others.

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds,
not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching."
Hebrews 10:24-25

HOUSING

OTW students live in fully-furnished houses and apartments in surrounding neighborhoods of each OTW location.

Each house or apartment typically has 5-10 guys or girls who are required to do the weekly chores and daily tasks involved in maintaining a living environment. This is so that students learn to live in love and responsibility with others.

SCHOOL & WORK LIFE

Every student at OTW is required to have an outside focus on non-class days. Students are to either have a job, be enrolled in school or be an active volunteer in the community.

This is so that students are able to leave the ministry "bubble," be involved in their communities and apply what they're learning in classes to every day life and outside relationships. Our heart is for our students to take what they learn and go out to make more disciples wherever they go.

STUDENT ACTIVITIES

TRIPS & EVENTS

Attend two fun, focused retreats and go on a domestic or international missions trip during spring break! Information about retreats and Missions Week are given to students throughout the year as we prepare.

BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS

Spend quality time with other students as you explore the area, take day-trips to exciting locations, spend time in worship & prayer together and so much more.
