Discipleship Program

We believe God's heart is for community. We want to bear each other's burdens and encourage each other toward Christ, just as He commands in Scripture. Unity in the body of Christ is essential for healing and growth.

At OTW, you're part of our family, no matter your past. We won't lie though, authentic community is a difficult process. Our goal is to come alongside you to lead you in grace while pushing you toward godliness.

Classes and discipleship groups are held weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The rest of the week is for students to work, attend college or volunteer.

Learn to walk in your God-given identity as a bold and passionate leader for Christ. Study Scripture, grow in relationship, and gain practical life skills.

Take time each week to serve in the local community and go on a domestic or international mission trip in the spring.

Students meet regularly with their discipler and one or two other students of the same gender in what's called a Discipleship Triangle. We believe this to be the most important part of your discipleship process. This is a safe place for radical character change and heart transformation to happen.

Students and staff are divided into Discipleship Groups that meet in the homes of the staff. Here, staff will facilitate peer to peer prayer, conflict resolution, support and conversation. The goal of this time is to continue the narrative of becoming more like Christ together.
